Do you really want me to tell you about myself? Would you want to know more about a demon or a raving lunatic? I can assure you I am neither one of those, however, I do like to think I fall somewhere in between. Am I wicked? Of course. Wickedness is a virtue I am quite proud of. Nothing can equal the satisfaction I drink up from offending a spotless mind. Disgust is an intimate emotion. It is the molestation of the senses. One can simply shatter a disposition in a single breath of a word. You don’t even need to lift a finger to violate someone deeply; you can rape their minds with your voice. Does this mean I am devoid of a heart because I enjoy disturbing others? I don’t believe I am. My heart is pounding now in feverish rapture as I write these words. I do have a heart. Sweet, rotten passion is in my heart….Pay no mind to my lurid ramblings. What I am is merely an exaggeration of the flesh. My amusement stems from spinning outrageous tales about myself so I may appear infinitely more mysterious and dark than I really am…Ah, now you know my secret. I am naked in the spotlight. So, you ask, who is this nonsensical genius twit? Well, sir, or madam, I can tell you I am no one, just a twenty one year old who has too much time on her hands and an imagination that can not be harnessed. Is that a good or bad thing? I haven’t decided. So far I’ve safely eluded any trouble my words may have caused, but my life is still young and full of heartbreaking surprises. That is me right there in a nutshell, the pessimistic bitch. I wear my pessimism proudly like a heavy suit of armor. As you’ve probably noticed I like to write. When you connect my fingers to a keyboard I simply can not stop the mad things they type. They’re the dutiful slaves of my garrulous brain. I write poetry, stories, all of which are of a morbid nature. Honestly, I don’t know how to write about anything else. My inspiration is drawn from such literary gods as Anne Rice, Oscar Wilde, and Charlotte Bronte. You may call me a bookworm, I will not deny it, it is what I am. Since I don’t travel much on account of I’m not an heiress to a vast fortune, I live vicariously in the pages of the novel. Don’t jump to conclusion now and assume I am a recluse. I do enter reality ever once and awhile, especially when a good band is in town. I can’t get enough of the live music pulsating in time with my heart and the suffocating sea of decadent youth, raw energy, adrenaline and sweat. Music is my second oxygen. I breathe it in, I can’t live without it. I am really terrible when it comes to talking about myself but I think you've had enough of a taste of who I am. Anyways, too much of me will leave a sour taste in your mouth...if it's not already there now. Enjoy your visit to the Asylum in my head and do come back any time.
